Our exclusive partner the PLP Seafood Hungary, who - by the way - runs the famous fishmarket at Budaörs, is responsible for keeping it really fresh and at their headquarter they process the goods and then they transfer the very best to us in the morning, to have the freshest fish every noon at the opening for you.
